There are three kinds of structure of thin-wall bearing, such as ARO, CPO, XPO, which are short for thin-wall angular contact series, thin-walled deep groove ball series and thin-wall four-point contact ball series.

We also specialize in the production of American KAYDON substitute precision thin section bearing, and Germany substitute thin section bearing, imported substitute bearing, and Japan NTN substitute precision thin section bearing.

Thin section four-point contact ball bearing is an ideal choice for supporting moment heavy pressure. It successfully satisfies the four points contact between raceway and steel ball in order to support moment load and reversing axial load. Though it can be applied to withstand light load, it cannot completely substitute the radial contact ball bearing and angular contact ball bearing when supporting pure radial load.

For these reasons, they can be widely used in all aspects of life. Deep groove ball bearings features :
Deep Groove ball bearings are the most popular of all the ball bearing types because they are available in a wide variety of seal, shield and snap-ring arrangements. The bearing ring grooves are circular arcs made slightly larger than the radius of the ball.
The balls make point contact with the raceways (elliptical contact when loaded). The inner ring shoulders are of equal height (as the outer ring shoulders). Deep Groove ball bearings can sustain radial, axial, or composite loads and because of simple design, this bearing type can be produced to provide both high-running accuracy and high-speed operation. Standard ball retainers (cages) are made from pressed steel. Machined cages are used in bearing operation at very high speed or for large diameter bearings.
Deep Groove ball bearings with seals or shields are standardized. They contain proper amount of grease in advance.
